"I found the one to one coaching
with Brad to be really effective in helping
me manage my workflow. I had read the book
but that hands on coaching was critical. The
result has been a sense of control about my
work, freeing up my mind to focus on the
important things and a sense of
achievement." |

"Thanks to GTD I'm getting much
more done, feel more in control of both
personal life and professional life and am
definitely less stressed. Of every thought
that comes into my head I now ask "is this
important" and either dump it or put it into
my system where I know it will surface at
the right time." |

"Time is money and GTD has really
helped me use my time better. I get more
things done in the short times I get to
sit down. I don't forget things, which I
did in the past, and even if I don't get
them done right away I now know what I
have to do. I have a lot more control of
my work space, more clarity and focus." |

"Capturing all the different tasks and ideas
is in my opinion is the major plus in this
system. No matter if you go off course for a
time, the lists are always there when you
need to go back to the 'PLAN'" |

"Capturing the
numerous thoughts around
tasks to be done, contacts
to be made and possible
plans in itself has been
really helpful and has lead
to an incredible amount of
things actually being done.
The simplicity of the
capturing for later
processing suits me in my
life currently. I can feel a
resistence to the weekly
review but also realise that
GTD ceases to work unless
you do it. The clarity with
partner around
responsibility for certain
domestic tasks is giving
rise to more harmony! I feel
the task driven aspect of my
personality is more in gear
though, and this gives rise
to a conflict in me.
Allowing more time around
attending or completing the
tasks needs to happen for me
and to somehow trust that I
will get to things as
documented. I need to
prioritise the importance of
the task more possibly. The
"maybe" from someday/ maybe
label makes as it feels that
it might never happen if it
hits there and therefore I
don't utilise this section
as much as I could I
suspect. Someday/soon has
been suggested as a
possibility which works for
me!" |

"As a teacher and new
parent, Simply Organised
provided a new way of
approaching both my personal
and professional life. I
find more time is now
available to invest in
things I enjoy because I am
much more successful at
getting the important and
necessary things done." |

"The experience was
positive. it highlighted and prioritised
areas, and certainly identifying the
next step in a project or action made it
somehow easier to tackle. The notion of
creating lists and having a safe place
for information and tasks is paramount
to effective and efficient living."

"While it's a little early
to assess what long term impact GTD will
have in my work and personal life, I
found the concepts very useful and there
are certainly elements of this program
that anyone with a high workload and
lots of tasks to juggle will find
useful."
